WARRANTY POLICY
We understand how frustrating it can be when you purchase something that has a manufacturing defect or doesn’t work as intended. Our goal is to get you back out on your gear as soon as possible.
Please considering the following prior to making a warranty claim.
- All warranty claims successful or not will be subject to a minimum $50 processing fee. This covers our staff’s time while managing your warranty claim with the manufacturer
- Shipping and labour charges or not covered under warranty
- The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. To start any warranty claim, we need proof of purchase
- Warranties are with the product manufacturer and not with The Sacred Ride. As a result, The Sacred Ride will help accommodate warranties with the manufacturer but wait times may take longer than expected
- Customers that require immediate assistance and shorter wait times are asked to contact the manufacturer directly
