All products including but not limited to Skis, Snowboards, Ski boots, Snowboard boots etc. displayed as “On Sale” or “Demo” are Final Sales unless the product is defective.

Please Note: Products returned without store authorization and was listed as “on Sale” or “Demo” are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

14-DAY RETURNS (Regular Priced Items)

We understand that online shopping can sometimes be confusing and that mistakes happen. If it turns out that you accidentally chose the wrong product, colour or size we will gladly accept returns on all regular priced items up to 14 Days after the order has been placed. Buyers are responsible for paying return shipping unless we are at fault. We only accept returns on unused and uninstalled products still in the original packaging. Refunds will be issued back to you minus shipping charges.

All products that are damaged related to a defect in the product and adhere the manufacturers specified warranty, the defective product is required to be returned to the Sacred Ride at the customer’s expense before the replaced product is shipped out to the manufacture. Please contact us to confirm if your product is covered under a manufacturing warranty.

Warranties are with the product manufacturer and not with The Sacred Ride. As a result, The Sacred Ride will help accommodate warranties with the manufacturer but wait times take longer than expected. Customers that require immediate assistance are asked to contact the manufacturer directly.

Orders Damaged During Shipment

Except for the occasional demo bike, skis or snowboard, all items that we ship are in new and unused condition. If a package is delivered to you in damaged condition, you have the option of refusing delivery of a package with obvious damage. If you do receive a damaged package, please call us immediately. We will work with the shipping company to arrange for a pick up of the damaged product and packaging. Please try and leave the product and package in its original form as when you received it. This will make it easier when we file the claim with the shipping company. We will do everything in our power to make sure we get you out a duplicate product(s) in undamaged condition as quickly as possible. We want to make this as hassle-free as possible for you as we realize it is not your fault.

Received the Wrong Product

It’s true that even perfect individuals such as ourselves make a mistake every ten years or so. If we send you the wrong size, colour, or you are missing a product from your indicated original invoice we will do everything in our power to get you out your correct product(s) as soon as possible. We realize that mistakes suck so make sure you give us a call or email us as soon as you realize there is a discrepancy with your received product.
