10-DAY RETURNS (Regular Priced Items)

We understand that mistakes happen. If you accidentally purchased the wrong product, we will gladly accept returns on all regular-priced products 10 days from the purchase date. We only accept returns on unused and uninstalled products still in the original packaging.

Products Listed As “On Sale” Or “Demo” are Final Sale

All Bikes are Final Sale.

Online shopping can sometimes be confusing and mistakes happen. If it turns out that you accidentally purchased the wrong product, we will gladly accept returns on all regular-priced items up to 10 from the purchase date. Customers are responsible for paying return shipping if the item was purchased from our online store (Refunds will be issued back to you minus shipping charges). We only accept returns on unused and uninstalled items still in the original packaging.

Orders Damaged During Shipment

Except for the occasional demo bike, skis or snowboard, all items that we ship are in new and unused condition. If a package is delivered to you in damaged condition, you have the option of refusing delivery of a package with obvious damage. If you do receive a damaged package, please call us immediately. We will work with the shipping company to arrange for a pick-up of the damaged product and packaging. Please try and leave the product and packaging in it’s original form as when you received it. This will make it easier when we file the claim with the shipping company. We will do everything possible to ship out a replacement ASAP. We aim to make this as hassle-free as possible for you as we realize it is not your fault.

Received the Wrong Product

It’s true that even perfect individuals such as ourselves make a mistake every ten years or so. If we send you the wrong product from your order, we will quickly remedy the situation and ship the correct product as quickly as possible. Please email us when you realize there is a discrepancy. Ensure your email contains your full Name, Order Number and Product Details.

Returns – BC E-Bike Rebate Program

We do not accept returns from customers who participate in the BC E-Bike Rebate Program. We cannot provide you with a cash, debit refund, credit card refund, cash equivalent gift card or merchandise credit. Please make sure your decision to purchase an E-Bike is final.

Exchanges – BC E-Bike Rebate Program

If you are a customer who participated in the BC E-Bike Rebate Program and your E-Bike is in some way defective, it may only be exchanged for another E-Bike of equal value (same cost/price) or higher.
