Warranty Policy
We understand how frustrating it can be when a product doesn’t perform as expected.
Our goal is to help resolve warranty issues as quickly and smoothly as possible so you can get back out enjoying your gear.
Before Submitting a Warranty Claim
- All warranty claims (approved or denied) are subject to a minimum $50 processing fee. This covers staff time required to manage and submit your claim with the manufacturer.
- Shipping and labour costs are not covered under warranty unless explicitly stated by the manufacturer.
- Warranties are non-transferable and apply only to the original purchaser.
- Proof of purchase is required to initiate any warranty claim.
- All warranties are handled by the product manufacturer, not The Sacred Ride. While we assist with the process, timelines are determined by the manufacturer and may vary.
- If you require faster turnaround, we recommend contacting the manufacturer directly.
How to Start a Warranty Claim
- Visit our Contact Us page
- Select “Warranty” from the dropdown menu
- Include:
- Product make and model
- Description of the issue
- Photos of the affected area
- Date of purchase
- Proof of purchase
